 Cricket items. Mud cake filled with fresh strawberries and covered in vanilla flavoured butter cream icing.

 This cake was made for someone who is an ‘iceberger’ that is a person who swims in the sea every day of the year, hence the Inuit and fishing hole.

This was an interesting cake to do. The brief was to make a ‘Punk’ croquembouche cake using black, shocking pink and silver. What isn’t shown in the photos is the cake topper which was a silver spray of stars and ‘30th’.
