   Fruit and Nut Tarts:  Dried paw paw, pineapple, pistachios, hazelnuts, almonds mixed together with caramel sauce and nestled in lightly flavoured citrus ‘melt in the mouth’ pastry topped with glace cherries. $8.95. for 6

   Traditional  Fruit Mince Pies. Made with melt in the mouth buttery pastry and filled with spicy fruit mince. $8.50 for 6

  Christmas themed cup cakes. Individually gift boxed $6.50. In packets of 4 $20.00. Available in chocolate mud or traditional rich fruit. Designs are limited so first in best choice.

   Traditional Christmas cake.  Moist plump fruit cake topped with glace fruits and nuts.

Yule Tide Logs:  Rich mud cake wrapped around dark creamy ganache and covered with more ganache and white chocolate. Decorations will vary according to availability.  Non alcoholic $24.95 Infused with liqueurs $26.50 approx servings 6-8.
