Our catering is flexible, adaptable and creatively prepared by fresh food fanatics who are only satisfied when you are. Menus designed to suit your taste and budget

Ballotine Chicken. Breasts stuffed with leek soufflé and rolled with spinach, served with brandy mustard cream sauce

v Bœuf Bourguignon. French red wine casserole served with pearl onions and boiled new potatoes

v Beef and mushroom ragout served on a bed of fluffy mashed potato served with mustard cream sauce
Fish
v Mixed sea food Pie. Served in a creamy sauce and topped with crisp puff pastry.

v Kedgeree. Smoked fish mixed with rice, nuts, boiled egg, cress, tomatoes and peas
Desserts
v Tiramisu. Coffee liqueur soaked sponge cake layered with Italian cream
v Chocolate cups. Dark decadent chocolate filled with mousse and topped with cream and fresh fruit
v Fresh fruit salad served in a fruit liqueur sauce (non alcoholic also available) and either cream, sweetened vanilla yogurt or ice cream
